Cost: $100 for each team

Teams will be accepted on first-come basis until divisions are filled.

Pairing will depend on number of teams in each division. Individual awards given for 1st and 2nd place teams in each division.

Please return completed Registration Entry Form & Fee by March 19, 2010.

You may fax registration forms to guarantee placement, however, fee must be paid by March 19, 2010.
